We are able to set up on concrete, grass, and indoors with electric access. The space must be a flat area with less than a 2 inch terrain difference. If set up on concrete or indoors, there will be a charge for sandbag use.

We need a minimum of 2' of clearance on all sides of the inflatable. A 17'x17' area is required for 13'x13' Bounce Houses, 17'x22' for most combo units, and 32'x15' for most slides. The area should be flat, free of debris, rocks, and trees. Please cut, clean and prepare the area prior to our arrival. If you have an in-ground sprinkler system, please make sure the timer is not set to go on. We can set up on grass, pavement, or indoors.

We cannot set up inflatables during rain, storms, high winds. If the winds are above 15 mph, we are unable to set up due to safety. If we are unable to set up due to weather, we will refund your deposit and fees.

Yes, before we begin unloading, you will be required to sign a liability form for your event.

Yes! All of our inflatables are annually inspected by Arkansas Occupational Safety and Health and we are fully insured.

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.

You may cancel your reservation 3 days prior to your event. Deposits are non-refundable. They are, however, transferable from date to date.

Yes, all bookings require a 50% deposit. The remainder is due upon arrival for setup the day of your event. We accept cash, check, and card.
